A grand slam....Jacquelyn help me troubleshoot an issue I had with Zoom. Recently, Zoom did a major update and for whatever reason I am no longer able to share my screen using my document camera to display school work for a student I tutor. For almost one week I have been trying to figure out the problem and with in a matter of minutes, literally, Jackie suggested I use the white board feature to model my lesson for my student--brillant. It took her no time to make this assessment of what I needed. Jackie is highly recommended, highly.
